Helping young athletes build speed, strength, power, quickness, mobility, and focus, with a program designed to meet each athlete where they are and push them further.
Our program is built for athletes of all ages and all levels. We develop the mechanics, explosiveness, and quickness that translate directly to game-day performance.
Speed training is a key part of taking an athlete to the next level of competition. We focus on the fundamentals, done consistently and correctly, so progress sticks.
Our athletes have consistently been recognized at the local, state, and national level in their individual sports, with many earning college scholarships.

Long before the college scholarships, Emma and Megan Snider were two of Mr. Doug's Taekwondo students in Savannah, earning national medals as kids. That foundation of footwork, balance, and toughness carried them onto a youth tackle-football field as two of the only girls in their league, and eventually all the way through college soccer. As Emma put it back then, they wanted to show that "boys aren't always better than girls at sports."
